LIBBY STORY PHOTOSHOOT

A few months ago Libby Story asked if they could use our house for a photo shoot, and of course we said Yes!! I adore Libby Story and the creative ladies that run the show there. The shoot was a success and the images were amazing thanks to the ever so talented Beverly Hayman (creative director at Libby Story) and her fantastic team! Great job ladies! Our house looks fabulous and I love the way you used all of my little goodies! Fran and Lucy had a blast too! They are such models!

CARA AND CLIFF : VAUGHN, MS

This wedding took place a the Grooms parents home in Vaughn, MS. It was such a beautiful property.... perfect for an evening wedding in April! I absolutely loved working on this wedding, especially since Cara and I clicked immediately. She had her own event planning company in North Carolina so she had very specific ideas on what she wanted, but being out of town, she knew she would need help pulling the look all together. She explained to me her vision, sent a few pics, and then left it up to me to bring it life. I loved that she trusted me and gave me creative control to do my thing. In the end.... it was a perfect day and just what Cara had envisioned!

Here are some of my favorite images from the day from Evoke Photography in North Carolina:

Hello horse!
Cara's romantic bouquet was composed of white peonies + gardenias + lilac +
sweet pea + vendula roses + lambs ear.
The Bridesmaid carried soft pink peonies + candy bianca roses + lavender sweet pea + darci roses. The look was completed with a vintage lace ribbon treatment.

Rustic wooden boxes filled with baby's breath lined the ceremony aisle.

Vintage lace, satin ribbon, birdcages, and a chandelier were hung in the tree
to create a romantic ceremony backdrop.

LOVE BIRDS! I swear they were the sweetest couple! So in love and
so happy to be married!

The beautiful cake by the fabulous CAKE DIVA was topped
with fresh vendula roses

The guest tables were accented with vintage books + bird cages + fresh fruits +
antique vessels + fresh moss + mercury glass.

Garden style pedestal containers were filled with antique green hydrangea + pink peonies +
darci roses + lavender lilac + lavender stock + chocolate geranium foliage + dusty miller

3 AMAZING YEARS

Today Marty and I celebrated 3 amazing years of marriage! We were married in Chicago, IL on August 9th, 2008. It was a perfect day! I remember it raining a little bit in the morning, but I really didn't care because I was getting married later that day! By the time we made it to the ceremony the sky was clear and the sun was shining. The ceremony took place in a small Italian Catholic Church in Little Italy. It was filled with laughter, tears...... and more laughter. After the ceremony we headed to a small wine bar in Roscoe Village, right around the corner from my flower shop, to celebrate with 75 of our closest family and friends. We ate yummy food, danced, drank bellinis.... and danced a little more. My husband literally had to drag me away from our reception at 2:30am. I never wanted it to end! It was truly the most surreal, unbelievable night of my life.

3 years later...... we just welcomed our first born son into the world! Frank Edward Frascogna was born on June 10th, 2011. I can honestly say, there is no one else in the world I would rather be on this crazy journey with (Yes Marty..... I said journey). He is an amazing husband and Father and I can't wait to see what the next 3years has in store for us.

Here are a few of my favorite pics from our oh so special day......

PS..... Thank you Marty for putting up with me the past three years! I know I can be a handful! Love you! XOXOXO
